The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali has warmly welcomed Mr. Franklyn D’Costa to the appointed role of Director of Food & Beverage. Franklyn completed two hospitality diplomas before going on to participate in a year-long program as a Management Trainee at The Orchid Hotel Mumbai, India. From there he relocated to Scotland where he studied at a leading Edinburgh University for his B.A in Hospitality Management. Now in Bali, Franklyn will assume full responsibility for the Food & Beverage division at the resort. This covers a number of distinctive dining venues including bars, plus healthy food initiatives that are in line with Westin’s signature wellness concept. He will also be tasked with overseeing banqueting operations at the adjacent Bali International Convention Centre.
