The St. Regis Bali Resort’s award-winning Kayuputi Restaurant invites you to experience an exquisite and distinguished gourmet dinner this April.

Starting from 6.30 PM onwards, Witness Michelin-starred Chef Diego Muñoz, awarded one of the world’s most talented and creative chefs, co-star next to our award winning Executive Chef Agung Gede, execute a complex layering of flavors and present a medley of signature dishes in a 4-course and 6-course degustation menu, from the show kitchen of Kayuputi restaurant.

Diego Muñoz started his career in 1998 when admitted to the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu in Canada and Paris. At the latter he was awarded “Le Grande Diplôme” – the first price in culinary arts and pastry. He worked at Mugaritz and El Bulli, before moving to Australia where he revolutionized the kitchen at Bilson’s.

Balinese-born Chef Agung Gede has been an Executive Chef of Bali’s finest address, The St. Regis Bali Resort since its first opening in 2008. Under his helm, the specialty restaurant Kayuputi has been known as the pinnacle of fine dining on the island of Bali. Chef Agung has won many prestigious awards over the years and most recently been awarded the prestigious “Chef of the Year” award from Bali’s Best Eats, in addition to representing Indonesia in the “World Chef Battlefield 2019” competitions where he and his team have taken home the title of “Champion of the Masters”.
