Time – Lunch (10 am – 1 pm) – Dinner (4 pm – 7 pm) You have the option to choose Indonesian menu or Balinese menu 5 courses Indonesian Food Menu include: Pergedel Jagung (deep fried corn fritter) Soto Ayam (Indonesian turmeric chicken soup with glass noodle) Pepes Ikan (grilled marinated fish wrapped in banana leaf) Kare Tahu Tempe (soy bean cake curry sauce and fermented soy bean curry) Kolak Pisang (banana and palm sugar soup) Or 5 courses Balinese Food Menu include: Sayur Urab (mixed vegetables with chili coconut) Ikan Sambal Matah (Balinese seared fish with raw chili, cafir lime dressing) Soup Cramcam Ayam (Balinese minced chicken soup) Sate Lilit Ayam (grilled Balinese minced chicken skewer) Dadar Gulung (Balinese crepes roll filled with grated coconut and palm sugar)
